Cognitive Behavioural Therapy provides a means of managing a problem or problems by helping to change thought processes and behaviour patterns through discussion and advice.

My main work is:

– Depression of all kinds
– Anxiety
– OCD
– Social anxiety
– Health anxiety
– Self Esteem
– Panic
– Phobias

I am also quite good at having one off sessions with people to help them understand the nature of their problems and help them find what kind of help they need.
